Product Features
This series cone ball mill is a new type of energy-saving ball mill.
The machine has the following features.
-Adopting large diameter double-row spherical roller bearings, easy maintenance and high efficiency.
-Adopting cone structure near the discharge end to strengthen the mill, and more importantly, to make the steel balls naturally classified, the diameter of the steel balls near the discharge port is small, and the granularity of the milled materials is fine.
-Adopting whole steel base frame, high installation precision, easy to mount and install, short cycle time.
Canceling the joint feeder, adopting drum feeder, no inertia impact, smooth operation of the equipment, and reduce the mill downtime maintenance time, improve the efficiency of the.
Selection Instructions
When the user selects, specify the rotary direction of the ball mill and the discharge mode.

Note: In the past, common mills used combined feeders, supporting classifiers used trough bottom discharge, and materials were concentrated in the hopper below the machine feeder. There was no special requirement for the rotation direction of the spiral classifier. The new cone ball mill and rolling bearing mill both used drum feeder without inertial impact. The supporting classifier used sand scraper to scrape the slurry from the side of the trough body and discharge it directly from the chute into the drum feeder. The process was simple and convenient, it is required that the spiral direction of the classifier must be opposite to the rotation direction of the mill.
Product Features
This series of ball mills is a traditional ball mill, which adopts sliding bearings (babb bearing tile seat). It has simple structure and is installed separately. During installation and maintenance, the lifting customer feeder is divided into two types: joint feeder and drum feeder.
Ordering Instructions
When ordering, the rotary direction must be indicated in addition to the model and quantity.
Grinding machine is divided into two forms: grid type and overflow type, which must be indicated.
Large mills can be ordered separately according to user requirements to increase the following configuration.
A Oil mist lubrication device
B Soft start device (for changing liner during turning gear)
C dynamic pressure bearing
Large mill motor voltage points 6KV, 10KV two orders must be indicated.
According to user requirements, the large mill with synchronous motor to heavy gear transmission form.
Double scoop joint feeder can be designed and produced according to user requirements to reduce inertial impact.
